Two backpackers, one from the US, the other from France, met in Bolivia. They started talking, and soon realized they had a lot in common. They were both ambitious, interested in socially responsible travel, and noticed the same issues with the South American tourism industry. Most importantly, they both saw an opportunity to fix those issues, and would move to the continent to do just that.
